There are no words...

that seem right to say when a loved one is living their last days in this world. Cooper, Archer, and I went to visit Cooper's grandpa today. He is at home, comfortable, living out his last days. He gets to meet Jesus very soon...something he has been waiting for his whole life. Before we got there, everyone told us not to expect very much. They said he wasn't talking, seemed pretty incoherent... We got the opposite! Archer seemed to bring the life out of him. He was talking to him, smiling at him, wanting to hold him, trying to kiss him, and telling me "You take care of my boy." I got some pictures to capture these priceless moments.

If you think of it, please keep Mama Jean in your prayers. They have been married for over 60 years. She says, "He is my life."

How amazing to see Archer's new earthly life beginning contrasted with your grandpa's new heavenly life about to begin.
I will pray for your Mama Jean. What a bittersweet time.
