snapshot of a statement

Have you ever stopped and thought about some of things you say on any given day? Have you ever sat quietly and really listened to your kids’ conversations in the car? Have you ever thought of taking a snapshot of a statement?

I have a Snapshot Journal for each of my boys. I write down all the funny/serious/darndest things they say…and, boy, do I have a good list going…

I thought it would be fun to provide a place for us to share our Snapshots with each other.

“Get your hands out of your pants and go get a spoon.” – Me (age 34)

"Mom, you should eat some of this spaghetti sauce; it is SOOOOOOO good.  It is so good. It tastes just like vinegar." – Archer (age5)

“If you watch too much TV, your brain will turn to oatmeal…Yes hah… Rachael, my babysitter, told me so.”  - Archer (age 5)
