Snapshot of a Statement.

Have you ever stopped and thought about some of things you say on any given day? Have you ever sat quietly and really listened to your kids’ conversations in the car? Have you ever thought of taking a snapshot of a statement?

Here's mine...

Sitting at the kitchen table talking to Archer about how sticking his tongue out at me is very disrespectful...

A: "Are you going to tell Daddy?"
Me: "I don't know, but, Arch, I tell Daddy most things because we're on the same team."
A: "Well, what team am I on? The kid team?"

...conversation continued about who is on what team and why and how and if that will change, etc...

**Disclaimer: Don't worry I didn't make my kid feel like we were on different teams. But he did walk away knowing that Mommy and Daddy do work together.

Now it's YOUR turn...
SIMPLY...
Leave your snapshot in the comments section of this post.

Can't wait to see what you and your little ones have been saying!

Come back EVERY TUESDAY for Snapshot of a Statement...

Here's mine:

Me: "Dayton, you're being a stinker pants."
Dayton: "These are jeans mom."
